The Sociology of Freedom, by Abdullah Öcalan – Audiobook

Today, on the occasion of the Global Öcalan Book Day and the birthday of the leader of the Kurdish freedom movement, we are pleased to share he defining work of Öcalan, written in the Imrali prison, called “Sociology of Freedom” as an audiobook, thanks to the great effort of our friends who have recorded this in a 20+ hour recording. The book is the third part of the series “Manifesto for the Democratic Civilization” and this part is where the practical conclusions from the first two volumes is presented. Volume I is a historic analysis since the beginnings of humanity up until the antique. The second volume is an analysis of the modern era and manily of capitalist modernity. What we can learn from the history of society has been collected in this third volume and the idea of democratic confederalism, which has organized revolutions and rekindled the hope of peoples around the world, is presented in this book.
